DO YOU HAVE A STORE?


Our workshop is located in Kyiv at 60 Honchara Street. We are open for meetings by appointment.

SIZING


To determine the size of your apron or other accessory, simply measure your waist and hight. We have a size chart for every product, so you can choose the size according to the measurements you took.

ARE THE PRODUCTS AVAILABLE OR ONLY MADE TO ORDER?

We have a small stock available at all times, but mostly make the accessories to order. Production takes up to 3-5 business days, but we always try our best to send out the orders even faster.

DELIVERY

Ukraine:

-Self-pickup from our workshop (Gonchara 60)
-Nova Poshta


Other countries:

-Ukrposhta 10-14 days
-FEDex 3-5 days

Packages are shipped within 5 working days after placing the order.

CANCELLATION


To cancel your order simply email us at behindthebar.studio@gmail.com


PAYMENTS


For orders within Ukraine, you can pay by card, via invoice or COD (cash upon delivery). For international orders, only card payments on the website are available. We use FONDY system for card payments and guarantee the security of your data.


RETURNS


If the item you purchased in our store did not fit, we are always happy to help you exchange or return it. Unused items are accepted for return or exchange.


Here are some simple steps to exchange or return an item:

1. Make sure the item is not used

2. Write us an email at behindthebar.studio@gmail.com to get a return address and let us know: you want to exchange the item for another style/size or you prefer a refund


3. Send the order to the given address in the original packaging (shipping costs are covered by the customer)

4. After we receive the return, we will immediately send you a new item or refund. Please note that refund processing by the bank can take up to 14 business days.
